At Cordée Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement case within 5-7 business days.
